Designed for 130mph wind load with MCA treatment, 1.5in V-Groove ceiling, and metal bracket joints. This 18×18 pavilion was an owner installed building; look at the amazing job they did on all the details.
The Red Pool Cabanna
130mph wind load, Stained, with wood peg mortise and tenon joints. 12×14 with 8′ lean off both sides. 1.5in V-Groove ceiling with shingle roof.
Carter Carport
Owner designed and installed 24×48. Custom metal brackets. Trusses were fabricated by us and loaded on customer trailer for DIY install.
Family Pavilion

130mph rated with MCA treated timbers and V Groove ceiling. All stained in Burnt Hickory. Wood peg mortise and tenon joinery. This building has 3ft overhangs all the way around. SGS&T will be installing June 2026.
Entrance Arches
We offer timber arches up to 12×12 material. All treated for outdoor and direct burial. Metal bracket and mortice and tenon joinery available.
